Shipping and Receiving / Light Metal Fabricator

Now Hiring a Shipping & Receiving / Light Metal Fabricator for a Great Company in Aurora, OH!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Package and ship all outgoing products per company and customer requirements, ensuring proper handling throughout the process as needed.
• Properly receive all incoming shipments, distributing to departments or storage as necessary
• Set-up and operate metal fabrication machines including, but not limited to, hardware insertion machine, drill, mill and sander.
• Assist in the fabrication of sheet metal cases for our technical products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Set-up and operate powder coating booth
• Other related tasks as required to assist with evolving project or organizational needs

Qualifications:

• Ability to use hand tools and apply labels
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication preferred
• General fabrication knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints preferred
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Neat, organized, efficient demeanor with meticulous attention to detail
• Requires frequent moving of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
