Working for a Beverage company where you will be Implementing the blending production plan by pulling correct quantities of full bags and boxes of ingredients according to the production schedule. Stage and prepare ingredients for efficient mixing operations. Follow recipes to produce food products of specified flavor, texture, clarity, bouquet, or color. Monitor gauges, temperatures, and time during the mixture of raw materials according to written formulas. Partner with the QA/Lab to maintain product specs and ensure food quality Clean and disinfect mixing utensils, tools, buckets, and general work areas Complete batch documentation with accuracy and legibility. Working alongside & coaching the production team to ensure compliance with SOPs. Batch Testing: pH, Brix, TA, sensory testing. Batch Record creation, review, and filing. Production printer setup, changes, and print verification. Oversee Retainer Sample Library. Inbound Ingredient Document Control: COA, SDS, etc. Production related chemical usage and inventory EMP Swabbing 3rd Party sample capture, preparation, and delivery to 3rd party lab Manage equipment calibration program Help lead corrective action investigation and logging
