Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Weekly Pay: $16-18 depending on experience
- 1st shift 7am-7pm Mon-Thurs
Job Description:
Responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring all materials meet company quality standards. This role includes performing routine quality checks, documenting results, and communicating any defects or process issues to supervisors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow established quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of products
Record inspection data and maintain accurate quality documentation
Identify defects and communicate findings to production staff
Verify that materials meet required specifications before and during production
Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions when quality issues arise
Follow safety and quality protocols at all times
Experience Needed:
Previous quality assurance or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and understand inspection sheets, measurements, and specifications
Basic math and measurement skills (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
