Equipment Operator

Now hiring Equipment Operators for a company in Willoughby for 1^st shift, 8am – 4pm.

Weekly pay ranging between $22 - $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Operate equipment such front-end loaders, and backhoes, tow motor.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance (checking fluids, lubricating parts, etc.).
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and blueprints.
• Report mechanical issues or damage to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Recycling is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
