Quality Control Inspector

Now hiring Quality Control Inspector in Mentor for 3^rd shift.

Sunday – Saturday, 11pm – 7am.

Training will be conducted on 1st shift, Monday – Saturday, 7am – 3pm.

Weekly pay starting at $17 per hour for training and $21 per hour afterwards.

Job Duties:

• Inspect machined copper and aluminum electrical connectors in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect part samples from machines in production and check for quality defects using hand-held gaging tools (calipers, thread plugs, gage pins, etc.).
• Reference blueprints and quality documentation to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Record inspection results using Microsoft Excel templates and communicate findings via Outlook and verbal feedback to machine operators.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for the assigned shift, answering quality-related questions and assisting operators professionally.
• Assist with receiving inspections of incoming raw materials.

Requirements:

• Must have strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
