Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Now Hiring for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative for a Great Company in Streetsboro, OH!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and Process Orders
• Produce Shipping Labels and Manual Invoices
• Process Orders Through Excel Spreadsheets/UPS or FedEx Portals
• Answer Phone Calls
• Input Replacement Part Requests Into Google Forms
• Create Postage Labels for Shipping Replacement Parts
• Various Office Duties Including Filing, Separating Shipping Labels, and Organizing Paperwork for Shipments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, billing, or a related area. 
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. 
• Excellent organizational and data management skills.
• Basic understanding of invoicing and crediting processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office or Google Skills

Schedule: Monday - Friday [8:00am - 5:00pm] Must be Able to Work Black Friday 11/28/2025 / CyberMonday 12/1/2025 and The Day After Christmas 12/26/2025

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour [Based on Experience]
