Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process domestic and international orders accurately using ERP (D365 F&O)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, Teams, Zoom, and web portals
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns
- Prepare export paperwork and shipping documentation (Proforma Invoice, SED, HS Codes, etc.)
- Communicate with internal teams (Production, Sales, Logistics) to ensure accurate lead times and delivery
- Maintain and update Customer Master records in ERP and CRM (MS CE)
- Access and use customer portals (e.g., Exostar, DIBBS, Ariba)
- Provide quotes and process POs with correct specs, terms, and pricing
- Help improve internal systems and represent the voice of the customer
- Support internal and external customers across domestic, government, and international channels

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in Customer Service (Manufacturing environment preferred)
- ERP system experience (D365 F&O, MS CE a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and team mindset
- Must be reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
