Now Hiring a Customer Service Representative [First Shift] Join a Growing Company in Cleveland, OH!



Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Process domestic and international orders accurately using ERP (D365 F&O)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, Teams, Zoom, and web portals
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns
  • Prepare export paperwork and shipping documentation (Proforma Invoice, SED, HS Codes, etc.)
  • Communicate with internal teams (Production, Sales, Logistics) to ensure accurate lead times and delivery
  • Maintain and update Customer Master records in ERP and CRM (MS CE)
  • Access and use customer portals (e.g., Exostar, DIBBS, Ariba)
  • Provide quotes and process POs with correct specs, terms, and pricing
  • Help improve internal systems and represent the voice of the customer
  • Support internal and external customers across domestic, government, and international channels

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in Customer Service (Manufacturing environment preferred)
  • ERP system experience (D365 F&O, MS CE a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and team mindset
  • Must be reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
