Switcher

Now hiring a Switcher for a company in Brook Park for 1^st shift, 6am – 4pm.

Monday – Friday.

Weekly pay starting at $24 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Operate a yard tractor/switcher truck to move trailers to and from dock doors, staging areas, and yard locations.
• Ensure proper trailer placement and documentation to maintain flow.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher truck and report any maintenance needs.
• Communicate clearly with warehouse and transportation teams regarding trailer movements and priorities.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard.
• Assist with inventory checks or trailer audits as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous Switching experience is required.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• CDL Class A is preferred, but not required.
