Company Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our operations by accurately entering, maintaining, and updating company records during both regular and peak seasonal periods.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering data into computerized systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team with clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the flexibility to work extended hours during the Company’s busy seasons.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data
- Retrieve and input information from various sources
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and general clerical tasks
- Follow established data entry and recordkeeping procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak seasonal periods
- Working in the showrooms during seasonal peaks
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work extended seasonal hours as required
