General Maintenance Worker

Now hiring General Maintenance Workers for a company in Parma.

Weekly pay at $17 per hour.   

Job Duties:

• Check all appliances for functionality and make repairs as needed.
• Ensure all blinds, weather stripping, privacy locks, and doorstops are in working condition.
• Change locks as needed and check water heaters to ensure functionality.
• Replace carpet, apply paint, replace drywall, and basic plumbing as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning such as vacuuming, wiping windows, and spraying air freshener.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in building maintenance is required.
