Assistant Shift Foreman

Now hiring an Assistant Shift Foreman for a manufacturing company near Canton.

Day Shift.

Weekly pay ranging between $24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.

The Assistant Shift Foreman is responsible for providing aide to the Shift Foreman and filling in temporarily if needed.

Job Duties:

• Set up molds in presses, auxiliary equipment, and label machines for production.
• Monitor IQMs for changeovers, have inserts and molds ready, and change molds.
• Assign and supervise the team to ensure production meets quality standards.
• Train new operators on proper production procedures and packaging instructions.
• Keep written documentation of mold changes and report any discrepancies to the Shift Foreman.
• Store all molds in designated locations and check to ensure supplies levels are adequate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years previous Injection Molding experience is required.
