Prep Cook

Now hiring a Prep Cook for a company in Kirtland.

Wednesday – Sunday, shift times vary.

Weekly pay at $19 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for menu items, including washing, chopping, and portioning food.
• Set up workstations and ensure all prep items are ready before service.
• Assist the head chef and line cooks with various tasks as needed during food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and kitchen areas.
• Break down and clean kitchen stations at the end of each shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Properly store food and ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven previous experience as a Prep Cook is required.
