Quality Technician

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct process checks across production, packaging, sanitation, and warehousing to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Perform product testing, equipment calibration, and daily audits; identify and address quality issues.
• Maintain and enforce SQF and food safety standards, including hygiene, storage, cleaning, and pest control.
• Communicate deviations, provide feedback, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work cooperatively across departments and be available for overtime or weekend shifts as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and FDA GMP principles.
• Ability to read and follow quality and safety documents.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor.
• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
