Minutemen Staffing is now hiring 3rd shift Machine Operators for a local Production facility.
Shift - 6pm to 6:30am
Schedule - 2-2-3
Pay - $17.50 an hr.
Job Description:
- Monitor and operate machinery on the production lines
- Monitor finished product for proper closures, faulty packaging and damage
- Perform changeovers as efficiently and carefully as possible
- Record all necessary information for production and quality records
- Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies and eliminate out of specification or damaged products
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a fast moving packaged goods environment
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of production machinery
