Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assembly & Wiring: Accurately assemble electrical components, wiring, and terminals according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Install and test hydraulic and pneumatic components, ensuring proper functionality through precise adjustments.
- System Testing & Inspection: Perform detailed testing of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with engineers and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges during assembly.
- Customization & Modification: Modify and fabricate parts as necessary to meet unique project needs, ensuring each system is customized to specification.
- Off-Site Service: Occasionally support fieldwork and off-site service calls to ensure smooth installation and final checks on customer sites.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety procedures to ensure a high standard of work.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in electrical or mechanical systems are a plus.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently during assembly and testing phases.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a standing position, and use tools for the duration of the shift.
