Minutemen Staffing is currently Seeking for Lift Spotters, Monday- Friday 6am-330pm at $16. If you are seeking for a permanent position Apply Now!!! we pay weekly.

A spotter provides crucial safety guidance, serving as the "eyes" for operators of vehicles, heavy equipment, or forklifts in areas with limited visibility. 

Key responsibilities:

• Provide clear hand signals or radio commands to guide the operator.
• Maintain constant visual contact with the operator and the equipment.
• Identify and report potential hazards, such as power lines, obstacles, or personnel in the work area.
• Assist with properly rigging and securing loads before lifting begins.
• Ensure that the immediate area is clear of people and obstructions during a lift.
• Conduct pre- and post-lift equipment inspections.
• Stop the operation immediately if a dangerous situation arises. 

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail, even in noisy environments.
• Knowledge of specific equipment operations and safety protocols, including relevant OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
