Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and reliable Handy Men to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a diverse range of remodel and construction, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers are well-maintained, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all.
Responsibilities
- You will be rehabbing/remodeling residential homes and commercial properties.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with installations of new equipment or fixtures as required.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with painting, drywall, and demo work.
- Carpentry is a HUGE PLUS!
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong skill set in various trades.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
