As a Line Cook, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, executing menu items to spec, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, precision, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, presentation, and timing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station and tools
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Uphold consistency and quality in every dish served

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, upscale or fine-dining environment
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • A passion for food, creativity, and hospitality
  • Ability to take direction, work clean, and stay organized under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
  • Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required
