Barista

A barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Create high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and precision in preparation.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other baristas and staff to meet daily operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Knowledge of Drinks: Understanding of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards in beverage preparation.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple orders and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
