Set Up Technician

Minutemen Staffing is now hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Set Up Technicians for a local manufacturing position.

2nd Shift - 3pm to 11pm

3rd Shift - 11pm to 7am

Pay is $22 an hr. with $1 shift differential

Job Duties:

• Operating Bender machine.
• Set up, adjust, repair and minor maintenance of equipment.
• Instructing General Operators on the safe operation of production equipment.
• Assist maintenance with equipment trouble shooting and repairs
• Maintains the production run.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong technical problem solving skills
• Able to carry and lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to push, pull, reach, stand, walk, grip and bend.
• Able and willing to work overtime when required - up to 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
