Minutemen Staffing is now hiring for a Part Time Office Assistant for a local Recycling company!

Shift- Tuesday - Friday 12pm to 5pm & Saturday 9am to 1pm

Temp to Hire

Pay is weekly!


Job Duties:

  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Organizing and filing paperwork.
  • Entering data into Microsoft Excel Worksheets and QuickBooks online.
  • Scheduling delivery and pick ups.
  • Assisting customers.


Job Requirements:

  • Able to work Saturdays
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and QuickBooks
  • Prior Customer Service experience
