Line Set Up & Maintenance

$18 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

1. Set Up and Configuration: Responsible for the initial setup and configuration of production lines, ensuring all machinery is correctly installed and operational before production begins.  

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on line equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.  

3. Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications. 

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including maintenance and production staff, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding line performance and issues. 

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment status, and any incidents that occur during the production process. 

6. Training: Assist in training new employees on line setup procedures and equipment operation to ensure safety and efficiency. 

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional technical training or certifications in manufacturing or machinery operation is preferred. 
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in line setup or operation, is highly desirable. General electrical and aerosol knowledge.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with safety standards and quality control processes is also important.
