Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a Lead Custodian to handle and oversee Commercial properties in the Dayton area.

Job Description:

• Training and supervising crew members, ensuring proper cleaning techniques
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and ensuring the care and sanitation of assigned properties.
• Order and distribute custodial supplies.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience overseeing crew members preferred
• Must have flexibility as you will be working evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be professional and able to communicate effectively with crew and clients
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
