Key Accountabilities
Build, test, and inspect electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies as directed. Work may include prototype, development, production, rework, returned materials, repair.
Responsibilities
Providing products and services that meet customer expectations.
Controlling of nonconforming products.
Follow all applicable quality systems and promptly reporting quality system concerns or improvement suggestions.
Build assemblies and sub-assemblies per manufacturing drawings and instructions.
Perform required re-work, or repair, to return unit product to operational state as directed.
Operate production equipment as applicable to product build requirement.
Operate hand tools and small power tools and understand their use and function.
Ensure equipment is in good working order and calibrated prior to use.
Ensure all work conforms to quality standards before passing on to the next operation(s).
Keep supervisor informed of all unresolved and/or potential problems that would negatively affect production schedules.
Complete required paperwork timely, neatly, and accurately.
Provide support to co-workers to ensure quality and on time delivery of product.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
