Paint Line Operator

Now hiring a Paint Line Operator for a manufacturing company in Ravenna for 1^st shift, 7am – 4pm.

Monday – Friday.

Weekly pay starting at $16 per hour, but could be more depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Operate powder coat spray booth.
• Load and unload parts to/from the paint line.
• Perform powder color changeovers and line purges.
• Operate forklift equipment to move and stage materials to and from the paint line.
• Follow operational procedures for meeting time standards, safety and quality.
• Identify areas of continuous improvement to shorten production cycles eliminating waste and inefficiencies without sacrificing product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Ability to support a flexible schedule (overtime) as needed and required.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
