Now Hiring a Shipping Clerk / Administrative Assistant for a Great Company in Aurora, OH!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data entry duties including order processing, generating packing lists, invoices & shipping documents.
- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to: answering phones, customer and sales support, handling return authorizations, responding to customer inquiries, data entry, and assist with intra-department documentation, sorting, and file management.
- Maintain accurate departmental procedure manuals.
- Ability to communicate with expeditors; SLI filing and generating customs documents for international shipments.
- Cross train to work as a back-up to other members of the administrative team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with order entry/shipping procedures (international & domestic). Working knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and other various shipping carriers.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Good organizational skills, including time management.
- Ability to make decisions by following established procedures.
- Must be able to type quickly and accurately.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills..
Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm depending on the workload.
Pay: $19.50 Per Hour (Paid Weekly)
