- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including moisture readings, equipment usage, and job progress.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the team follows best practices to maintain a safe worksite.
- Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for deployment.
Qualifications:
- IICRC Certification: Must possess a valid IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in water damage restoration, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
- Availability: Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed.
