Qualifications:

  • IICRC Certification: Must possess a valid IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in water damage restoration, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Availability: Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed.
