Tool & Die Maker

Now hiring a Tool and Die Maker for a manufacturing company in Uniontown.

1^st shift: 6am – 4:30pm

Weekly pay ranging between $26 - $31 per hour, depending on experience.

The Tool and Die Maker is responsible for working on all types of metal stamping tooling and complete die try-out and development.

Job Duties:

• Build, repair, and maintain a variety of metal stamping dies.
• Perform die try-out and development for new or modified dies.
• Troubleshoot and adjust dies to ensure proper performance and part quality.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Set-up and operate manual machines to produce precision die components.
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with tight tolerances and specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings.
• Must have knowledge of all basic manual tool room equipment.
