Maintenance Technician

Now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a company in Canton for 1^st shift, 8am – 4pm.

Monday – Friday with possible overtime on weekends for emergencies.

Mileage will be paid if called in on a weekend day.  

Weekly pay at $18 per hour.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of property.

Job Duties:

• Conduct minor repairs: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, painting, and heating/cooling.
• Perform general carpentry such as wallboard repair, countertop replacement, window repair, and floor installation.
• Empty and dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste as required.
• Remove snow during the winter months, weeds in spring, and leaves in fall.
• Assist in the safeguarding of company equipment, materials, common areas, and mechanical rooms.
• Assist office staff or other properties as requested by a supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Two years previous maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various hand and power tools.
• A valid Drivers License.
