About the Role:

We’re a growing, full-service fabrication and assembly shop looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Eastlake, OH. Our projects range from structural steel and heavy equipment components to custom fabrications using a variety of metals and welding techniques.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to work on a wide variety of high-quality projects.

What we can do for YOU:

• Pay: $18-23/hr
• Shift: Mon-Fri 7-3:30pm, OT is optional after probationary period

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, and Spot Welding on steel, stainless, aluminum, galvanized, and specialty metals.
• Interpret blueprints, layouts, and welding procedure specifications (WPS).
• Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, shears, saws, and punches.
• Work with team members to assemble large-scale and precision fabrications.
• Follow safety and quality standards, including inspections and test welds.

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG welding required, additional welding methods a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with fabrication shop tools and safety practices.
• Comfortable lifting and positioning heavy materials with mechanical assistance.
• Welding certifications (3G/4G or AWS) are a bonus—but not required if you have the skills.
