Minutemen Staffing is now seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a local Recycling company!
Shift - Tuesday - Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 9am to 1pm
Pay - $19 - $25 based on experience, pay is weekly

Job Duties:
- Identifying various grades of scrap metal materials.
- Evaluating the quality and quantity of scrap metal materials to determine their value and suitability for recycling.
- Loading and unloading scrap metal from vehicles.
- Collaborating with the recycling team to optimize processes and contribute to the overall success of the recycling operation.
- Promote the company's commitment to sustainability and environmentally reasonable practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of Management experience is required
- Minimum of 5 years in the Recycling industry preferred
- Able to delegate tasks to team members
- Keep the day to day operations running smoothly
- Able to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner
