Dough Production

Now hiring Dough Production team members for a company in Wickliffe.

1^st shift: 7am – 3pm.

2^nd shift: 12pm – 8pm.

Monday – Friday.

Weekly pay at $16 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Mix, scale, round, and press dough using commercial bakery equipment.
• Operate mixers, sheeters, rounders, and ovens.
• Press dough into pans, bake crusts, and assist with packaging.
• Organize products in freezers and load delivery trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
• Learn to operate a stacker and forklift.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy items for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments.
