Minutemen Staffing is currently looking for a Driver for a landscaping company, Monday- Thursday 7:am- 5:30 pm. We have 2 different locations in Dublin and New Albany. If you are looking for a permanent position, please apply now. Pay rate $17-$18



We currently need licensed and insurable candidates w/experience driving a truck and 20’ trailer, preferably w/landscape maintenance (mowing) experience, but the driving piece is more curial than the mowing for both locations (New Albany & Dublin). These candidates will not only be driving, but they will be working with the crew to do various aspects of landscaping like mowing, trimming, blowing off surfaces, pruning, edging and mulching, leaf removal, etc. This is a year-round job with snow removal work during winter months. Any time worked through the agency will be applied to our 90-day probationary period and bonus program. Below are the highlights and benefits of working with RFC. As of now, we are working 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) but the goal is to get to a 4-day work week, but currently lots of OT available. I’ve also attached guidelines from our insurance carrier about requirements for approved drivers. Work Week:

•             Start time is 7:30am, 7:34am is considered late, except for snow which is more of an on-call schedule

•             No set end time, changes per season and available daylight, but we also don’t work at night except for snow

•             The goal is a 4-day work week Monday-Thursday, but Friday is never guaranteed off

•             30 minutes for lunch.

•             Additional $10 per hour during snow removal
