3rd Shift Baker
A family-owned wholesale artisan bread bakery serving restaurants and grocers across Metro Cleveland is looking for a skilled 3rd Shift Baker to join our team. If you have real bread baking experience in a commercial environment and are looking for consistent, full-time overnight work, we’d love to hear from you. Your experience must include baking bread in a rack or deck oven, shaping dough, and proofing dough.

- Pay: $39-43k/yr
- Shift: 7:30pm – 3:30am; every night except Wednesday and Saturday nights

What You’ll Do:
- Proof, score, and bake a variety of artisan breads
- Shape dough alongside a team at the shaping table
- Operate commercial baking equipment including Revent double rack ovens or deck ovens
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment care
- Assist with packing and/or slicing bread as needed
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
What you need to be successful:
- Previous professional experience baking bread in a rack or deck oven
- Skilled in dough shaping and proofing
- Able to work overnight hours consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift
- Familiar with health and safety standards and sanitation practices
- A team-oriented attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure
