A family-owned wholesale artisan bread bakery serving restaurants and grocers across Metro Cleveland is looking for a skilled 3rd Shift Baker to join our team. If you have real bread baking experience in a commercial environment and are looking for consistent, full-time overnight work, we’d love to hear from you. Your experience must include baking bread in a rack or deck oven, shaping dough, and proofing dough.


Benefits & Perks:

  • Pay: $39-43k/yr
  • Shift: 7:30pm – 3:30am; every night except Wednesday and Saturday nights

What You’ll Do:

  • Proof, score, and bake a variety of artisan breads
  • Shape dough alongside a team at the shaping table
  • Operate commercial baking equipment including Revent double rack ovens or deck ovens
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment care
  • Assist with packing and/or slicing bread as needed
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

 

What you need to be successful:

  • Previous professional experience baking bread in a rack or deck oven
  • Skilled in dough shaping and proofing
  • Able to work overnight hours consistently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physically capable of standing, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift
  • Familiar with health and safety standards and sanitation practices
  • A team-oriented attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure
