We are recruiting for motivated Retail Sales Managers in the Columbus, OH area. Do you like to have fun at work and train your team to drive sales and maximize purchasing appeal? This is the job for you!


Our retail store manager will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to drive sales, supervising and motivating staff to perform their best, and recruiting talent and giving performance evaluations on team members.


What we can do for YOU:

  • Pay: $55-65k/yr; based on experience
  • Schedule: this will vary as you will be required to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily customer service operations
  • Sales processes, orders and payments
  • Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
  • Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
  • Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
  • Suggest training programs/techniques
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Set example for staff


Qualifications:

  • Retail Manager experience in past jobs with a clothing background
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience with recruiting and performance/evaluation reviews
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
