Wax/Plastic Injection

Now hiring Wax/Plastic Injection workers for a manufacturing company in Mentor 1^st and 2^nd shifts.

1^st shift: 5am – 1:30pm OR 6am – 2:30pm.

2^nd shift: 3:30pm – 12am OR 2:30pm – 11pm.

Weekly pay ranging between $15 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

The Wax/Plastic Injection worker is responsible for the safe operation of wax and plastic injection machinery to produce patterns to manufacturer specifications.

Job Duties:

• Set up machinery and load materials based on work order directions.
• Input correct machine settings, including temperature, and monitor performance.
• Remove finished patterns from machinery and inspect for quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts of materials to avoid overages/shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations by removing trash and debris.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Keep accurate documentation of product inspections and machine use.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with plastic or wax molding.
• Previous aerospace facility experience is a plus.
