A busy and growing metal fabrication shop is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team in Berea, OH. This is not a stamping position—we’re looking for someone with real fabrication experience and strong math skills who takes pride in quality work.

• Pay: $20–$26/hr depending on experience
• $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days!

Shifts Available:

• 1^st shift: Mon-Wed 6am-4:30, Thursday & Friday 6am-4:30pm, Saturday 6am-11am
• 2^nd shift: Mon-Wed 4pm-2:30pm, Thursday & Friday - 3:30pm- 1:30am, Saturday 12pm- 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to exact specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure and inspect parts for accuracy using standard tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances and part quality
• Work primarily with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Maintain safe and clean work area and follow all shop safety protocols

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of fabrication experience (not stamping)
• Proficiency with math and ability to calculate bend allowances and angles
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
• Familiarity with press brake tooling, setups, and basic machine maintenance
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
