Costumer Service Representative

Order Type : Temp To Full-Time

A large 3PL Distribution company is in need of an experience Customer Service Rep in the Newburg area. This is a full-time temp to hire position on third shift. The schedule is Sunday - Thursday; 10pm to 6:30am. 

Responsibilities:

Resolving customer issues and ensuring requirements are met                                                     

              Maintain backorders daily                                                          

              Handle hot orders efficiently                                                                   

              Will assist in paperwork flow as needed and provide backup                                                         

              Communicate with customers via email and phone                                                            

              Report Metrics in Excel relating to customer accounts                                                         

              Multi-task in a consistently changing environment                                                        

              Back-up billing when necessary                                                             

              Completing receiving packets                                                                

              Create in-house repack orders                                                                 

              Process out repack orders                                                         

              Do a daily count of doors                                                               

              Email out the information to GE and the carrier                                                                    

              Check for what needs to be packed and give info to the floor                                                                                                                               Basic office duties, ability to use Microsoft Office Software                                                          

              Work in Accellos WMS. 

Qualifications:

WMS Systems experience.                                                         

              Experience with Outlook                                                             

              Excellent organization skills                                                      

              Strong Excel and mathematical skills                                                                    

              Analytical skills                                                                

              Detail and quality oriented                                                        

              Good verbal and written communication skills.                                                                 

              Excellent attendance record.                                                                  

              Be able to work OT when needed                                                           

              Ability to read and write English
