Office and Operations Assistant
We are a small, collaborative team seeking a dependable and proactive Office & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day business and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where teamwork and adaptability are essential. The position is primarily office-based (approximately 80% of the time), with occasional hands-on support in the warehouse shipping department.

What You’ll Do:
Office Duties (Majority of Role):
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and send out order confirmations and invoices (no financial management required)
- Complete weekly, monthly, and other recurring reports
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of orders and documentation
Warehouse Support (As Needed):
- Package and ship customer orders (team support available)
- Receive incoming products, input data into inventory system, and label items
- Use a pallet jack for moving shipments as needed (no forklift operation required)
What you need to be successful:
- A team player who’s willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Comfortable balancing office responsibilities with occasional physical tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and effective in written and verbal communication
- Able to lift moderate weight and use basic warehouse tools such as a pallet jack
