AVON, OH
Now hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Avon for 1st shift, 5:30am - 4:30pm.
Monday - Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays as needed.
Weekly pay at $15 per hour.
Machine Operators take care of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.
Job Duties:
- Load machine with required materials, set appropriate settings according to instructions, and monitor machine performance.
- Perform quality checks on finished products, documenting results.
- Notify a supervisor of any defective or non-conforming products.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Assist with packaging products and printing shipping labels off a computer.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Other duties include assisting other operators, preforming housekeeping of workstations, and any other task requested by a supervisor.
Previous machine operating experience is required.
The ideal candidate has great dexterity and a great attention to detail.
