Job Summary:

The Plastic Welding Operator is responsible for assembling and welding plastic components using a heated clamping system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insert plastic parts into the welding clamp and ensure proper alignment.
• Activate the clamping system using a foot pedal.
• Monitor the heating cycle to ensure proper weld formation.
• Remove welded parts, trim excess material, and inspect for defects.
• Pack and label finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.

Schedule: (1st) 6:00am - 430pm (Monday - Thursday)

(2nd) 4:30pm - 3:00am (Monday - Thursday)

Pay: $15.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
