Snap- On General Assembly & Soldering - [First Shift]

$15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Soldering parts for wire harness assemblies.
• Use soldering irons and related tools following standard procedures
• Ensure correct component placement and soldering configuration
• Visually check soldered joints for quality and defects (e.g., cold joints, bridging)
• Perform rework or touch-ups when needed
• Strip, tin, and prepare wires for soldering

Machine Operator [First Shift]

$15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operating machines to assemble wire harness components.
• Operate automated and semi-automated machines for wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating
• Insert wires into terminals, connectors, or housings accurately and securely
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure proper crimping and terminations
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions

Wire Cutter - [Second Shift]

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Cutting wire to specified lengths for wire harnesses.
• Measure and cut wires or cables according to blueprints, schematics, or customer requirements
• Use tools such as wire cutters, strippers, measuring tapes, and other hand or power tools
• Inspect wires for quality, length, and consistency before and after cutting

Assembly - [First & Second Shift]

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assembling wire harness boards according to specifications. Assemble control panels, switchboards, and other electrical boards used in wire harness systems.

Preferred Qualifications: Can Utilize Hand & Power Tools | Some Machine Operator & Assembly Experience

Schedule: [First-Shift] 5:00am - 1:30pm - [Second Shift] 2:00pm - 10:00pm
