Now hiring a Customer Service Representative for a company in Medina for 2nd shift, 12pm – 6pm.
Monday – Friday and every other Saturday.
Weekly pay at $16 per hour.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquires, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer questions either by phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Accept items to be cleaned and return cleaned items when requested.
- Process transactions including cash and card to complete sales.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
