Plastic Injection Machine Operator

Now hiring a Plastic Injection Machine Operator for a manufacturing company Avon Lake for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

2nd shift: 4pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday.

3^rd shift: 12am – 8:30am, Sunday – Thursday.

(Training is conducted on 1st shift for the 1st week).

Weekly pay at $16.50 per hour.

The Plastic Injection Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts.

Job Duties:

• Set up machines according to production specifications including installing molds, configuring settings, and adjusting parameters.
• Operate machinery and make adjustments as needed for work orders.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and document results.
• Perform basic maintenance on machinery to alleviate downtime.
• Monitor material usage and inventory to ensure adequate supply.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.
