Minutemen Direct is recruiting for Landscape Construction Foreman's in Novelty, OH area for a large Landscape company. Pay is $48,000 to start plus benefits. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. You will be leading your crew in landscape construction projects. Hours are 45-50 per week in peak season and Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Motivate crew of 2-5 team members in building patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, structures, pools and water features
- Must have experience in Fertilizer applications, proper planting techniques, horticulture pruning, spring/fall clean up, and snow removal
- Planting knowledge, grading, site and soil prep
- Operating equipment
- Demolition
- Communication skills and be able to interact with clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 Years experience in Landscape construction
- Experience operating skid steer, mini-excavator, mini-skid steer, tracked loader, and chop saws
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on company equipment
- Able to operate a transit, shoot grades, and grade sites
- Able to read landscape plans and drawings
- Leadership capability and demeanor to manage and direct crew of people
- Client interaction
- Supervisory skills
- Meets or exceeds company production standards for landscape installation
- Follows all safety procedures and reports any unsafe conditions.
- Able to complete paperwork and administrative requirements related to job.
