Now hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing company in Akron for 1st shift, 8am – 1pm.


Monday – Friday.

Weekly pay at $20 per hour.


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining records and ensuring all information is accurate.  


Job Duties:

  • Perform data entry, maintain files, and update records for production, inventory, and employee schedules.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and handling purchase orders.
  • Handle order entry, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely processing.
  • Provide customer service support by answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting inquiries.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure administrative areas are organized.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Excel and Word is required.
  • QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
