Job Description: Continuous Production line operator
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Continuous Production Line Operator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running the entire blending process mixture that contains fiberglass/ shoddy/ resin on the production line,
ensuring that the machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the machine to ensure optimal performance and quality is to standard.
- Ensure that the product flows smoothly through the machine, preventing any and down time.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments on the machine to maintain quality standards and avoid production delays.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary to minimize downtime and keep the production line running effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain an active role in the production process, which may involve moving throughout the production area and performing up to seven steps daily to operate the machinery.
Positive, Energetic with strong work ethic and history of punctuality is a MUST!
Experience In the Manufacturing of Fiber / NVH Material Preferred
Schedule: 6ampm – 4pm(Monday - Thursday) + Possible OT on Friday
