Lead Cleaner

Now hiring a Cleaning Supervisor for a fulfillment company in Akron for 3^rd shift.

Sunday – Thursday.

Starting pay at $50,000 per year.

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Assign tasks and set schedules to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Monitor cleaning standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
• Train, motivate, and provide feedback to cleaning staff to enhance performance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Handle any cleaning-related issues, including resolving complaints and addressing emergencies.

Requirements:

• Previous and consistent experience in a janitorial or cleaning role.
• Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred.
