Service Station Manager

Job Title: Gas Station / Service Center Manager

Salary: $50,000 Yearly Salary

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Hours: Full-time, availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the gas station and service center

• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times

• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed

• Supervise, schedule, and train employees to maintain high performance

• Monitor sales and profitability, implementing strategies to improve revenue

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and forecourt

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

• Handle basic bookkeeping, including cash handling and transaction records

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high volume gas station or service station

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in handling inventory and cash management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with POS systems a plus

• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

• Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule
