Shipping and Receiving Associate

Now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a company in Ravenna, OH!

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour DOE (Weekly Pay)

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the Shipping and Receiving department.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound packaging and cross-reference bills of lading to verify loads.
• Utilize handheld scanners to update tracking and inventory systems.
• Transport materials by hand or pallet jack to required locations within the facility.
• Load outbound trucks and verify the accuracy of outbound bills of lading.
• Maintain communication dispatch to receive shipment delays and updates.
• Occasionally assist in other areas such as packaging and quality control.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• 1+ years experience in Shipping & Receiving
